Khani Cole's ascent into the national and international consciousness began after relocating to Phoenix, Arizona from her native Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1992. The move, which initiated many personal changes, sparked the inception of her very first release, Piece Of My Soul, on Fahrenheit Records.

"Khani Cole's soulful alto reveals uncommon motion and strength."

- JazzTimes Magazine

Khani's follow-up release, Places featured a cover of the classic  Blood, Sweat & Tears hit, "You've Made Me So Very Happy" that ascended into the top 30 NAC radio charts as  Khani toured 30 US cities including performances at some of the most prestigious festivals throughout the country.  Her third release, Lifetime - produced and  recorded in Brooklyn, picked up where Places left off,  as the singles, "All About U" and "Sunshine" ascended the  Euro-charts.

"Khani Cole emerges as a remarkably adaptable, versatile interpreter, even when traveling to more popular Places."

- JazzTimes Magazine

In 2007, after an unprecedented 10.5 year run at the world renowned Pointe Tapatio Cliffs Resort,  Khani realized another dream when she opened  Voce Lounge in Scottsdale. Voce featured some of the finest regional, local and international talent.

"Khani Cole is so consistently solid that it's a little too easy to take her for granted."

- Arizona Republic

"Khani Cole, "the voice" of Phoenix!" - George Benson

Khani's most recent  ventures include her new  band, "The Sonic Table," - a diverse collection of musicians lending a textural approach to songs Khani's covered and loved through the years.  Her most recent release, A Collection is a compilation of the best of her three releases. Khani keeps a semi-active performance schedule in the greater Phoenix area and beyond.
